Status and Plan: Coronavirus Update

As of 3/13/20 

MDS is open now and anticipates being on a regular schedule next week. (After-school care will be open as usual.)

We will suspend classes the week of March 23rd while teachers prepare to transition to online learning.

We will go to online learning (from home) March 30th for the two weeks before spring break. At this point, we're hopeful to return to school April 20th.

At this point, all sports, field trips, events, and activities for the next few weeks have been cancelled or postponed:

March 17 - Open House POSTPONED
19 - Cultural Pavilion POSTPONED
21 - MDS Yard Sale POSTPONED
21 - Science Olympiad CANCELLED
21 - State Young Authors celebration CANCELLED

This continues to be a fluid situation, and we will continue to send updates to families via email, Facebook, and the MDS website.
